These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of inspireddelusions.com and any programs, memberships, coaching, or content offered by Inspired Delusions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "Inspired Delusions"). By accessing our site, opting in to a free training, or purchasing any offer, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase any of our programs.

2. Our Offers

We offer a range of programs including free resources (such as guides and trainings), paid memberships billed on a recurring monthly basis, and Becoming Future You (BFY), our application-only 1:1 private coaching program. Pricing and program details are as listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change for future enrollments; existing members will be notified of any pricing change before it takes effect.

3. Educational Purpose / No Guarantee of Results

Our content, coaching, and programs are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. Nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, and identity work are personal development tools, not medical or clinical treatment; if you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from a licensed professional. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or result from participating in our programs. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and factors outside our control. Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results.

4. Payment and Membership Billing

By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly) until you cancel. You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing [email protected]; cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle and you will retain access through the end of your current paid period. We are not responsible for failed payments due to expired or invalid payment methods, and repeated failed payments may result in loss of access.

Becoming Future You is an application-only program. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline applicants at our discretion. Program terms, payment plans, and any specific guarantee (if offered) will be provided separately at the time of enrollment.

All content on our site and in our programs, including the 3R Formula and any related frameworks, materials, videos, and copy, is the property of Inspired Delusions LLC and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Purchasing a program grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own use; it does not transfer ownership or allow resale or redistribution.

You agree not to misuse our website, community spaces (including Circle), or DM channels, including by harassing other members, posting unlawful or harmful content, or attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours. We reserve the right to remove any user from our community or programs for violating these Terms.

9. Testimonials

By submitting a testimonial or review, you grant us permission to use it (including your name) in our marketing, in whole or in part, and agree we may edit it for length or clarity.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties / Limitation of Liability

Our website and programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspired Delusions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or programs. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
